Working with us — from start to finish.

1. Confirm your eligibility

Here is the clearest REAP eligibility check you’ll find. (Here’s a video walkthrough.)

2. Get a quote for our grant writing service

lightshed.us/quote **Fast Track option coming soon!**
We ask to see the basic project details to get the project’s likely score. If your project is very low-scoring, we tell you that as part of our quote. This is also where you tell us who (applicant or installer) will hire us for the work.

3. Drag and drop your files

Once you’re on board, we send you an easy drag-and-drop file upload portal. Click through the link above to see what files you’ll need.

4. E-sign your finished application

Once we have all the files we need, we usually take less than a week to get your finished application back to you for signatures. Then we submit to USDA on your behalf, and make sure they receive it in full!

Easy progress tracking

No more chasing emails.

No more wondering what’s left to do.

We now have a live progress tracking portal to help installers keep track of multiple applications going at once. Monitor and take any remaining actions on all your projects from one live view.
